What to expect when you book with us
1. Consultation
What is a Consultation?
From the very beginning of your journey with Amber, the best client experience is paramount. After Contacting us, we will schedule you in the diary for a private phone consultation. This is where Amber will walk you through the whole process of your beautiful Family Session you are about to embark on and answer any questions you may have. We discuss your color preferences, ideas, wardrobe selection and wall-art idea's whilst ensuring every tiny detail of your session is covered and noted prior to photographing for your beautiful family! We will then book your date in our diary.
2. Session
What happens during my Family Session?
Prior to arriving for your Family Session Amber will have sent you her Checklist and Morning Prep Guide to ensure you have everything you need for your session. With nearly a decade of experience these guides include lots of tips and tricks to help with ensuring you have everything you need ready prior to your session. When you arrive at the Cosy Warm Panda Creative Studio, Amber will be ready to work her magic and capture your families legacy! She will talk through her workflow and ensure you are comfortable throughout - Capturing many memories in the process!
3. Purchasing Appointment
What is a Purchasing Appointment?
Around 2-3 weeks after your Session you will be invited back to the studio for your Private Viewing and Ordering Appointment. This where you get to sit back, View and Purchase your gorgeous photographs taken. Information will be sent out prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your Wall-Art selection/s and details on payment methods available.
4. Order Collection
When can I collect my order?
Once your bespoke order has been made by our expert craftsmen here in the U.K, we will contact you to come and collect your beautiful products purchased!

Welcome to our Family Photography Packages!
£99 non refundable retainer required in order to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your Final Order. You can decide on your beautiful collection after your session at your Exclusive Private Gallery Viewing. Booking your Family Photography in Worthing, West Sussex with me, secures the pricing at that time. Product credit is valid for 3 weeks from your viewing.

All of your images are printed onto the highest professional-grade photo paper as standard. In addition to your chosen package, you may also order additional prints from your photo session with us. Panda Creative Photography only supplies the highest quality Pro Lab Family Prints and Wall-Art as we firmly believe our clients deserve the best, and will only receive the best products when booking with us.
About Our Studio
Our cosy studio space can safely accommodate families of up to 6, however if you'd like to book a larger Family Portrait Session, including multiple generations, we are happy to facilitate and travel to your location (there must be sufficient space to set up) and shoot at your desired environment. We encourage all family to participate within larger Family Sessions, including grandparents and extended family. An additional £99 fee would be required for all travel.
